The most important Pamfylian Sites.

Perge:
Like most ancient cities of this region, Perge was settled by Greeks after Trojan war. Dedicated to Artemis, goddess of the hunt, there was an especially reveared shrine in the city that attracted votive offerings of extreme value. However, must of what is left to see dates from Roman times, including a bath and a stadium which held 15.000 and is in an excellent state of preservation.
Alle the statues from excavations in Perge are exhibited in the Antalya Regional museum .

Aspendos:
Although Aspendoses roots date back to the Hitite era, it is primarily famous for its stupendos Roman theater and aquaduct. The theater can hold up to 20.000 people, and is one of the best preserved in the world

The international regarded Aspendos Opera & Ballet festival
İs held in the Roman theatre from mid-June to July. Other classical concerts and ballet
